In industrial, institutional and household cleaning formulations, cosmetic products and textile bleaching OXYPER® sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate is a source of active oxygen which removes stains and odours.

In environmental applications OXYPER® products can be used as a stable solid source of alkaline hydrogen peroxide, which can be used to control odours, as a rapid source of dissolved oxygen to raise oxygen levels in water systems and to destroy a range of toxic contaminants, such as cyanides, sulphides, chlorine etc.
